Adults
Let’s be real. Adulting is hard.
You’re going through the motions as your parents had intended and you’re doing all the things expected of you in adulthood. You pay bills, you take out the trash, you go to work, you go on dates here and there, you brush the dust off your college degrees now and then, and you have a standing appointment with friends to make sure you’re putting yourself out there—
but it all feels a little too routine.
You might be thinking:
I should be happy.
I should feel fine.
I should feel grateful for what I have.
I shouldn’t complain.
Life in theory is fine, but you’re feeling detached. You can’t shake these feelings that seem to seep into everyday adult life, and you just can’t figure out what’s going on.
I get it. There’s being alive, then there’s feeling alive.
Feeling alive often gets lost in the thick of acquiring work, relationships and all things that your parents and mentors have drilled you about getting. Now that you have all these things, you don’t know what else to do — how else you can feel.
I’d be honored to work through this with you.
Through my process-oriented approach, I help clients gain insight into their inter/intra-personal patterns, develop a stronger sense of self and connection to their emotions, and live a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic.
Creating the space to make this happen is an incredible gift I’m honored to provide.
